Audra State Park is a heavily wooded area bisected by the Middle Fork River, and when you visit you'll see why it's so popular for families to visit!

It's not just the natural beauty of the Middle Fork and its surroundings that people are attracted to. It's also the host of recreational opportunities too! Grab those hiking boots because there are a host of trails ready to be explored. You might want to keep your eyes peeled too, because you might just spot some of the adorable local wildlife!

Boating is a popular pastime for families, as well as geocaching which is a fun way to spice things up a bit! During those warmer months, swimming is a great way to cool down!

This park is an ideal destination for families who enjoy the outdoors. The clear, clean water of the Middle Fork River and the rock overhang of the Alum Cave offer picture-perfect backdrops. If you want to extend your visit, don't forget that there is camping offered too.

While you're there why not try camping, biking, swimming or fishing

Pack up the family for a gorgeous picnic! Covered picnic shelters are available to rent with water, electricity, and a large grill.

It's a good idea in summer to take plenty of sun protection with you!

If you're paying a camping visit there are showers, restrooms, bath houses and picnic tables

Take plenty of bottled water with you to stay hydrated!
