About this activity

Science CAN be fun...science IS fun, and at a fun place for kids like the Arizona Science Center, children can really immerse themselves in science, learning and exploration, and not even realize it! (They'll be having too much fun!)

The Arizona Science Center gives kids education, exploration and entertainment over four levels of amazing hands-on exhibits. Each exhibit they can create, experiment, touch, push, pull, and discover.

Over 7 themed galleries, you can explore over 300 exhibits - so where do you begin!

Maybe you want to see how your body works in the All About Me exhibit. You can walk through a "working" stomach (complete with the sounds and smells of a real digestive system!), and even watch surgeries being performed.

For some thrills, kids can experience the Evans Family SkyCycle with a high-wire physics lesson at nearly 15 feet in the air!

Forces of Nature let's children understand what is happening to our dynamic and always changing planet, and Get Charged Up is all about why and how things work!

In addition to the many exhibits, the Arizona Science Center also has a state-of-the-art planetarium, with daily shows on  the amazing universe and beyond, as well as a five story IMAX theater where you can watch some amazing films that allow you to see the world like you would never have seen it before.

Science IS fun and the Arizona Science Center gives kids the chance to see, and experience, that!
