About Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest

Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest is an award-winning visitor attraction, with something for everyone! It's open all year round and is a great space to get out in nature and enjoy some outdoor activities. 

It's home to a world-leading collection of trees, with over 12,000 in total! The trees and landscape provides a beautiful setting for peaceful walks, picnics and a place where you can learn all about them and see them up close! 

For families, there are miles of trails for cycling, walking and running. You can enjoy climbing and sliding and swinging on the play trail with lots of play areas for all ages. There's even Go Ape tree top adventure and challenge here too! 

You can also choose from two sensory walks and a ZOG activity trail where you'll be guided around on an adventure. The forest is also home to a variety of habitats and wildlife so see what you can find on your way round. 

The centre also hosts a number of events year round including their popular magical light trail at Christmas. Make sure you check the website before you visit so you know what's happening!
