Pay with Visa over phone.January 2, 2014: Call J about not receiving certificate. ‘No problem’ – will drop it off at my workplace the next day.January 14, 2014: call in the evening. J out for a couple of hours. Leave a message for J to contact me.January 16, 2014: reach J about certificate – ‘someone else was supposed to have dropped it off. Will now drop it off himself at my workplace tomorrow – will check to see what happened – will call me back. 8 p.m. call to leave a message for J to call me.January 21, 2014: send e-mail requesting certificate or refund. No answer.January 21, 22, 23, 2014: send faxes; do not go throughJanuary 26, 2014: drive all the way out to Vertical Adventures in -43 wind chill weather. Wait and wait to be served. Finally, I am told a manager will come talk to me in 30 seconds. 10 minutes later, track down a manager on the floor.Refund given, no problem. No questions asked. No apologies. No service.Zero interest in regards to ensuring customer satisfaction, or acknowledging customer frustration. UNBELIEVABLE.
