What is there to do?

Transcona museum has a  diverse collection that tell the human history of Transcona and aims to promote the community spirit through sharing history and stories so everyone can learn about the vibrant culture. 

The museum was establish in 1967 and runs lots of activities both for you to do at home and on site! There are craft with us workshop and printable worksheets that you can print off at home, all whilst learning about the history! On site, there are Windows @ 141. This windows complement the growing artisitic element around Transcona, and have created to increase the museum presence by creating a public photo exhibition on the ground floor. 

There are small talks and regular changing exhibits throughout the year, so make sure to keep an eye on their website to ensure you don't miss anything that's due to come! 

Don't forget to check out The Wall of Fame which is dedicated to all of the individuals who have been vital in the economic and educational success of Transcona.
