Reptilias zoo contains more than 75 species of reptiles including all the ‘Big Names’ such as Nile Croc, King Cobra, Black Mamba, Reticulated Python, American Alligator, Boa Constrictor, Alligator Snapping Turtle, Burmese Python, Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake, and the Worlds Largest White American Alligator.
Fantastic place to go! The staff are helpful and wonderful and full of education! The feedings are terrific to watch. I watched a python eat a goat (NOT ALIVE) and it was just amazing how far it’s mouth could stretch. The crowd of people young and old were just astonished at the rare sight, and the kids got really excited too. They even have a shop at the end of the tour to start your own reptile collection! One of my favourite places to visit in the GTA by far.
This place is amazing. They education value in it alone is worth the travel. Making people aware of reptiles and their needs is great! Most of their reptiles are rescues from people who abandoned or neglected their animals. Warning they do feedings, they can be graphic but part of the learning. My son loves this place. As do I.
This is the worst place to go. My children and several other children cried for and hour and couldn’t sleep at night because of the performance the reptilia held. In front of kids, they fed a goat that was alive, to a python. They watched as the goat got swallowed whole. I recommend Toronto Zoo or Lion Safari.
I don’t know if i wasn’t expecting much, but I was impressed with this place! Great value a couple hours of entertainment for both kids and adults. There was a lot to look at, shows, and feedings. will go again and recommend!
Reptilia is great for kids and the whole family. Lots of free parking and quite close to Hwy 400. We always go to zoo’s and animal safari type places and this place is great in the city.
