M. Renee Fulsom 2 years ago 0.0 Your rating: I have stayed in many motels/hotels while travelling due to work/conferences or holidays. This one is not one I would choose. Though it would be ok in a pinch if you can get a room that doesn’t sound like your sleeping next to a semi. It does have the appearance that someone is trying to keep the place from looking old. But facelifts don’t fix the core issues. Its either the rooftop HVAC, or the someone’s bathroom fan left running, or individual air conditioners ?, that can keep one up all night, and ear plugs don’t help with the vibration. One fellow at the frontdesk seemed to be aware of previous complaints. Most of it seems, occurs of course when one is trying to sleep. I would have left after the first night and gone to another hotel if it was my choice. But since I am working locally and accommodation for the crew is being covered. My options remain within the hotel. Not the best impression I wanted to leave with, while staying in Victoria for 3 weeks.
