About this activity

Science CAN be fun, and it's at the Ontario Science Museum where kids can learn just that! This fun Toronto science museum perfect for those curious minds where they can learn, be inspired, and ENJOY science through hands-on exhibits, plus IMAX and so much more!

Kids can learn all about the world, the human body, and even the far reaches of outer space! They can examine meteorites from Mars, discover how the human body deals with danger, explore a real-life rainforest within the museum's permanent exhibit halls—and so much more!

There's the Question of Truth exhibit, where kids can explore how beliefs and biases might influence scientific research as well as test controversial theories related to race, gender and culture.

You might want to head to Space Hall, offering an out-of-this-world experience with those meteorites from Mars, as well as exhibits explaining cosmic rays and black holes, and they can see a space chair that’s really a rocket!

Also at the Ontario Science Museum is the Hot Zone! The HotZone is the place where kids can pose questions, and even debate the answers. They can scan headlines, view events and get the real story via multiple screens and live stage presentations!

Don't miss headed to KidsSpark, perfect for those under 8s, where the age appropriate learn-through-play area seems them building their own roller coaster, rocking out in a music studio, going shopping at the market and so much more!

Don't forget to stop at the Science Arcade and the Planetarium too!

Ontario Science Museum is where the whole family can experience an incredible IMAX film too, so the fun doesn't have to end when you leave the exhibits!

See kids, science IS fun and it's all at the Ontario Science Museum waiting for YOU!
