What is there to do?

Peel Zoo is home to 100 species of animal and bird and have a unique hands on approach to the majority of their creatures, facilitating and encouraging direct contact.

They also boast an unusual Tasmanian Devil exhibit and and a huge walk through aviary.

Nocturnal Tours may also be taken which expose a different side of the residents.

Need a little extra help?

The tracks through Peel Zoo are all paved. In other words, they are wheel chair and walking frame friendly. What's more, the Zoo is compact and dense with exhibits, so it's very easy to see a lot, in a short space of time.
