About this activity

Do you love getting out into nature, exploring, having fun...?  Of course you do!  Having fun is fun!  Brisbane Water National Park allows you to get out into the big great outdoors with your family and enjoy what this beautiful country has to offer!

Learn about the fascinating Aboriginal history within the area (They lived there long before you or your family did so have lots of stories to tell!), spend hours walking or hiking through the pristine bushland, rainforest and sandstone, and in those hot summer days (and hot winter days!) its a great place to grab your kayak and take to the water for a relaxing paddle.

Kids will love to check out the ancient engraving sites too - you will never guess how long they have been there!

There are a number of companies within the park which you can contact for activities such as camping, mountain biking, kayaking, and educational activities - its a fantastic place for school groups to come and visit!

So spend the day traversing and immersing yourself in the stunning native vegetation, and trying to spot the native animals - we're sure they'll be able to spot you!

A great adventure for the adventurous family.
