Armdale Reptile and Wildlife Centre houses approximately 200 reptiles and an additional 50 species of wlidlife in naturalistic enclosures, some of which have been rehomed here or are being rehabilitated.
Of particular interest to children is the venomous and non vemonous snake collections, which teach them simply how to identify the dangerous from the not. The exhibits are largely designed to allow close up observation.
The centre cares for and rescues native wildlife, but focuses on reptiles. We may receive sick, injured, abandoned, confiscated, or surrendered animals.
