    We went for a mid week break with our 2 young children. Staff were very friendly , many options for kids play time. Kids loved the toddler play room .Pool , gym , adults room , jumping pillow and more . Great place we def would stay again.

    I loved Anglesea Beachfront. We had a very nice cabin which was clean and had everything we needed. It was great being able to walk to everything including the shops and beach. The staff were friendly and gave us some suggestions on what to see and do and they even had good coffee! We played mini golf, used the games room and tried the local Thai and cafes – all good. Our teenage daughter loved horse riding along the beach, the jumping pillow and of course the wifi! It’s bigger than many other parks we’ve stayed at and next time we’ll bring our bikes and ride along the river.

    Have enjoyed our stay. Nice little park that is well keep. The staff seems friendly enough. The caravan sites are well maintained and fairly level. It’s nice and close to Anglesea’s main shops. The toilet blocks are new and very clean. The only down side we found in our 3 day stay was that the BBQ’S cost $1 for about 25 mins of use.

    Our family of five went to Anglesea Beachfront Caravan Park with full of happiness and great expectations of having a terrific time.The moment we arrived we felt that our hopes had faded. When we entered the office administration building we saw the manager being disrespectful abusive and arrogant to other patrons of the park. It was obvious that the other staff in the office were very familiar with his behaviour.After signing in and going to our cabin we were further disappointed as we found that the wooden floor had not been mopped or even swept. With a toddler we had to clean the floors before we could unpack. Then when we checked the rooms we found that the blankets had urine stains on them. There were dead moths and other insects everywhere. The windows were filthy. The showers had hair left in the drain and the toilet had not been cleaned. The lights were faulty and we had to buy new globes. The air conditioner did not work instead it just circulated & blew hot air into the cabin. We had to go buy our own fans to try and combat the heat. When all of this was mentioned to the manager he just ignored us and fobbed it all off and wasn’t concerned at all with the feedback, rather he displayed his arrogant attitude of “put up or shut up”, our park is always going to have replacement campers so whatever you think doesn’t matter.After a few days, we discovered the park was not safe for our young teenage daughters as we found out that our daughters had been preyed upon during the day and night by some of the other camper’s older teenage children, and eventually our daughters were assaulted by this gang. When the culprits were found and marched to the office the manager saw that the culprits came from five different families, which meant five different camping sites, whereas the victims were only from one campsite. The manager chose to remove the victims, as that was only one family, one campsite. The manager’s thought process was that if there were no victims around then that meant the problem was solved. The manager again was not concerned with our feedback, as he had already had a few drinks with the other campers and that was what mattered to him.After seeing how the manager treated the other campers on our arrival we realised that there was simply no commonsense or no logic present with the manager and it would be a futile exercise in trying to talk some sanity or to get him to be reasonable. And when the manager resorts to changing his story and then to blatant lying about campers then we knew we were dealing with an unprofessional person who has no people skills at all.Shame really as the park has so much potential. But on the positive side we were able to discover far better places and parks of which actually listen to their’ patrons and our holiday was a far better experience with the thoughts of the gang of bullies and irresponsible and incompetent manager left far behind.If you are going to spend a few thousand dollars going to the coastal parks for a vacation then our advice is to avoid this park whilst under the present management and wait until the park gets a professional manager who is able to relate to people. In the meantime remember there are many other parks and places which appreciate the patronage and not treat the patron with arrogance and irrelevance.

    Went to Anglesea Beachfront Caravan Park expecting some basic respect and services. But no.Not only did I find the park was totally incompetent it has no idea of what the public would expect. For starters, the showers are filthy. The place is filthy as the rubbish bins are always overflowing and the collection is (maybe) once every three days. For a park this size you expect twice-daily collections. And then there’s the safety element for children. There’s kids running around belting and stalking and chasing other kids in the park and when you tell the people who run it they just fob you off and tell you “if you don’t like it, then leave”. Typical arrogance of no respect of the customer. And then there’s property being stolen and the people tell you that there isn’t anything that they can do about theft. THERE IS. But the owners refuse to listen to complaints. Such a shame that this park has dropped in basic standards, as I recall coming here years ago and the staff were friendly and the park was safe. Not anymore. Rather spend my money at a motel as at least know you are safe.NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PARK!!!!
