Things to do in TUCSON with kids

Tucson, Arizona…does that instantly make you think of the wild west and sweltering desert heat? Don’t be put off, that’s one of the many things that is great about the city - embrace it!

Embrace the Wild West history with Trail Dust Town or Old Tucson Studios with their gunfights, and stunt shows. Embrace the natural history with the Arizona Señora Desert Museum, and embrace the landscapes with the horseback riding and hiking at Catalina State Park.

Tucson, of course, doesn’t have to be all heat and desert. There are plenty of indoor attractions like the hands-on Tucson Children’s Museum, or the indoor rock climbing at Rocks and Ropes where you can keep cool. Oh yes, did we mention Breakers - Arizona’s LARGEST wave pool? Sounds pretty cool to us!

(Want to hear something else pretty cool? There are attractions like the Arizona State Museum and Southern Arizona Transportation Museum which are…shhh…free! Can it be our little secret?)
