Find great things to do with the kids!

Fun things to do in savannah

Get that sweet tea ready, we’re off to Savannah, Georgia! Kids - put down those iphones, you are going to want to enjoy this city!

What better way to start your time in this glorious southern belle than to, well, learn about the city! There are plenty of ways to see the beautiful architecture and take in the vibrancy, like Old Savannah Tours and Transportation. Great to start the history lesson!

The lessons continue with the many museums of the city, including the Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum for those loving the 18th and 19th century history, to Fort Pulaski, which marked a turning point in military history!

Want something a little more…away from the land? Head out into the ocean with Amicks Deep Sea Fishing and see what you can catch!

And of course, we’re in the south, so the nature is perfect for kids to explore and play in. Skidaway Island State Park has estuaries, marshes and fun camping and picnicking areas!

And we haven’t even begun to skim that fun southern surface - there’s plenty more kids fun to be had!
