Fun things to do in flagstaff

Flagstaff is a beautiful, scenic and charming town in Arizona, which is perfect for visiting with the family. The mountains and canyons are stunning, the people are lovely, and it makes for an even better family day out!

Plus - not only are the attractions great for kids of all ages, but there are LOTS which are budget friendly (and even free!)

There is history at the Riordan Mansion State Historic Park which gives kids an insight into how people used to live over a century ago. Museums like the Museum of Northern Arizona immerse in geology, biology and fine arts, and kids can gaze up into the universe at the Lowell Observatory.

Want some adventure? You’re in the right place! Flagstaff Nordic Center is a great place for kids to learn how to ride mountain bikes over the 15km of trails. (They can do skiing lessons in winter too!) and Rivers & Oceans is a one great option if you fancy challenging yourself to white water rafting in the Grand Canyon! Pretty spectacular!

An amazing town with an amazing atmosphere, Flagstaff has plenty of things to do with kids!
