Find great things to do with the kids!

Fun things to do in fairbanks

Beautiful nature, amazing people, and some of the most stunning mountain and lake scenery you will ever see!  You will also find plenty of things to do with kids, all year round! Don’t get put off by that snow – it’s so much fun to play in!

It’s Alaska, so you can’t go past the amazing nature attractions. Get the kids out to really experience wilderness and wildlife at the Kanuti National Wildlife Refuge, and Arctic National Wildlife refuge. Moose, Caribou, and beavers all might come say hi!

Fairbanks has great fun things to do for those active and playful kids, like getting out to explore Pioneer Park, or challenging the whole family at the super fun Glow Putt Mini Golf – a very strange experience!

Kids can learn all about the fascinating history of the state at the Alaska Museum of the North, then see the city from a different point of view with Riverboat Discovery where the family can get right into the heart of the state.

An amazing city that will welcome your whole family!
