I would never consider returning. The customer service is horrible. I was purchasing drinks and there were three employees just standing at the register bad-talking the previous customer because he had no cash and the credit card machines were down so he couldn’t pay for the food he requested. The 3 girls had a whole conversation bad-mouthing him right in front of me while I was waiting for my change. When they were done, the cashier finally gave me my change. I proceeded to just continue about my day and went to the mini-golf course to discover that the course is probably the most boring and plain course I’ve been to ever. Since I had purchased 2 rounds of minigolf I used the money of the second round toward just purchasing wristbands (since the course was too boring to go around again.) My nephew is 42″ tall so I purchased his wristband and a companion wristband (for myself.) No one explained that I wouldn’t be allowed on the go karts (hello!! my nephew cant drive one alone!) My nephew got on the rides and had some fun on the little rides for kids. I went to take him on the go-kart and the attendant told someone that he didn’t have the correct wristband so I was checking to see if I had the correct wristband for that specific type of gokart- I was told that I did. He let me us get on the karts and put on our seat belts and returned to tell me we had to get off because we actually didn’t have the correct wristband and I couldn’t drive the kart. I explained that I purchased the pkg. for mini golf, go karts and rides. He said mine was just for companionship on some of the rides. I went to ask for the manager and one of the cashiers quickly came off with an attitude. As soon as I asked for a manager she rolled her eyes and asked “For?” instead of showing concern. I told her I wanted to file a complaint. She spoke no words to me until later when I was telling the manager all of my experiences and she decided to start arguing with me. The manager asked her to back away. Even when she had called the manager over, she told another employee and they both looked at me and started laughing. I wasn’t rude to anyone there until that girl started arguing with me when I wasn’t even speaking to her. The manager offered to upgrade my wristband for free. I declined because I honestly just wanted to leave. She gave me a refund of the amount I payed with my credit card (so not the $7.50 I used to pay for the wristbands with the Zoomer’s card or the $7.50 for the first round of mini golf.) But I didn’t mind because I know my nephew did use some of the services and still had some fun. The manager was not rude at all and seemed honestly concerned with the behavior of her staff. I just hope that she can do something about having them coached on how to provide better service. She was the nicest and most logical person there, which is probably why she is the manager. She handled the situation as best as possible considering the predicament her staff put her through. The reason I wouldn’t return is because I just wouldn’t want to run the risk of horrible service from the moment I walk in again.

It’s the best amusement venue in the area for what it’s worth, but there also isn’t much competition. Zoomers knows this, so they’re really not in a hurry to improve. The place is clean and well maintained for the most part, but the staff members seem to lack a certain degree of tact; employees were being downright rude to some customers, even mocking them once they were out of earshot.

Good concept that could be highly successful in SWFL, but needs to be executed much much better. Went on a medium volume day and staff was very sparse. The few employees we did interact with had very little to no sense of customer service/satisfaction. Staff was inattentive, unprofessional, lacked attention to detail and awareness. Would consider kids party there, just for the convenience factor. Felt a little gipped by the style of pricing. Some things included – others a la carte/extra costs. The indoor arcade experience at Chuck E Cheese is a much better value for the price you pay. The “mini golf”, if you could even call it that was plainer than white bread. Sorry Zoomers. I wanted to like your place. Hopefully you can make some improvements. Batting cages. Bounce house type of things. Climbing walls. More concessions. Some things that are fun for adults too. More water park type features – Florida is a very warm place. Improve your amount and training of staff. The overall value of experience compared to the cost is not one that I felt satisfied about.

The staff was terrible and the gokarting was too. Even the arcade managers were bad.

Went there with a group of 11 and it being summer in Florida it started raining before we arrived. When we got to the park and checked in, they let us know the outside was closed due to the rain but offered us unlimited arcade cards while we waited for the weather to pass. One of the managers on duty even said they would give us a ‘rain check’ to come back again for our outside tickets if the rain didn’t let up.Management was amazing and the staff helpful when needed. This park is far and away better than some of the other smaller sized amusement centers in the area.
