Great pool, beautiful hotel. Love the bar next to the water with shows at night. The room was great! The beds and pillows were great!

Cheesy, ostentatious, and “cheap”. Prepare to be nickel-and-dimed for everything from internet service to working out in its circa 1994 gym. The staff wouldn’t even permit a slightly delayed checkout (90 minutes) without charging a half-day rate. They have all the warmth of guards at a concentration camp.

Its a very beautiful and grand hotel; but your wallet has to be heavy. Rooms and especially the beds are lovely and comfy; but depending on where your room is located there could be lot of noise around and accordingly you might have to forget about a good sleep. Swimming pool is awesome, but pay more ; I mean need to pay more to go to the tower area..told ya..its about your wallet. Buffet has long lines..I just HATE waiting everywhere. The flower area is FANTASTIC. Looks like its from a fairy tale..like a modern Disney scene. Everything is grand in this hotel, but something else might suffer in that namely customer service…But staying here once is worth something that you can check off..take lots of pictures and when the wallet is heavy next time come back…rather go to Bellagio or Venitian to have another different unique Vegas experience….it stays in Vegas!

I’ve been to Wynn buffet with my friends 2 weeks ago. We went there becauseWicked spoon, Bellagio, Wynn, and Ceaser buffets are the most famous buffet in Las Vegas. We already had been those buffets but we didn’t go to Wynn buffet. Those are have specific individuality and interior design but Wynn’s buffet is little complicate and smaller than others. the foods quality is not that bad same as another buffets. there were two kind of chicken what i liked. something like korean style chicken.those were so good. nothing special but enough good

During a cililized business event, a waitress spilled red wine on my new $75 shirt at the Surrender night club and the hotel manager would not reimburse me. Considering the money spent during my stay at the Encore and the fact that it was an organized business cocktail hour and not a wild party, I see no reson why a standard act of goodwill was not awarded. Disappointed to say the least.
