NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! We came as a family where we purchased from the kiosk a game card as that’s the first thing you see when walking in and only option if you want to play games. After playing some games we decided to do the 4D experience and we were directed to the counter where we saw in little bitty fine print at the bottom 10% for military (the kiosk doesn’t say anything about discount). After speaking with attendant and mentioning we are military and asking how to correct this as the kiosk doesn’t mention to come to counter, she asked for a receipt (kiosk didn’t provide) and then askes how much we loaded onto our card ($60). She then said she was sorry but that she wasn’t capable of giving a refund, so we asked for a manager to which she said she was the manager. I told her she should really put a sign on the kiosk stating if you are military that you should come to the counter. We proceeded to the 4D where the system proceeded to keep crashing. We waited 15 min while they “fixed” the situation and were offered a refund… interesting because the one manager said she wasn’t capable of giving one… the ride finally started and they offered to have us stay for the next 4D experience where the app crashed yet again. Not worth the price points or the terrible customer service!

As an adult I realize I should be bird watching or taking up golf but I LOVE arcades… what can I say other than “I’m a nerd”. There are a few arcades in the area to include but not limited to: Fat Daddy’s Arcade (next door to Wild Willy’s and in Destin), a place in Bay Towne, and another in Santa Rosa Mall (FWB). When you get to Willy’s the first thing you notice is that it did quite well on exterior “fun factor” … cosmetically speaking. The interior offers the same fun experience (it is dinosaur themed) and there are a ton of employees. But then you get to the pricing… to be fair most new arcade are pricey but for this review I compare Willy’s price to Dave n’ Busters and Fat Daddy’s Arcade. ALL of the game range from 25-50 percent more than the baseline arcade… meaning you will spend anywhere from a $1-$2 per game. They use the card system which is deceptive… you buy “Points” and swipe the card at each game… not that this is a unique system but I thought it was unusual when I went to buy a point card from one of the kiosk and it avoided giving a straight forward answer as to how many points you get for X dollars. Not only are the prices absurdly high but you can use them to buy food, mini-golf, 4D theater, ETC… This only adds to the confusion. I get where they were going but it is an EXTREMELY poor example of how this system should be implemented. On top of this, the employees generally looked angry and dissatisfied and given the arcade has only been open a few weeks now that is a poor sign (in my eyes). I love the theme of the place… actually I wish it was a bit more DINO themed… very cool. LOL I’m sorry to continue on this topic but I can’t shake the prices…. SO high for what it is. You could easily spend a hundred buck on two kids and not blink an eye. They have near EXACT games to the other arcades in the area and charge outrageous prices. I do wish them the best of luck but other than the occasional tourist being drawn to it, I can’t imagine there will be many returning customers.

Everything was so well done! The ropes course was amazing–my boys didn’t want to come down. Also loved the mini golf and trampoline. Brick oven pizza was the best! Great staff and the games were a blast. Highly recommend Wild Willy’s!

Had a great time celebrating our daughters birthday, staff was helpful and accomodating, all the machines and rides were new and clean. Only suggestion is to add the military discount to the party packages.

Nice place and fun family experience but overpriced for conscientious customer.
