It seems new management is dedicated to bringing this water park up to it's rightful potential. As of the date we were there, 7/6/14, only one water slide was open, the wave pool, kid play area and the baby pool. Parking was free, $10 per person, kids under a certain age...maybe 12 (?), the price is $5. My triplets are 7 and they loved it. They became bored of the kid area after about 40 mins. and we switched over to the wave pool with sporadic trips to the one large slide ride. The lifeguards were very nice, professional and we watched some...Read More

This park suited my needs for a family bonding stop over every weekend. We can spent time Disney's water parks here with affordable price. This is really excellent place to hang out for.

After comparing prices, this park suited my needs for a lazy Sunday stop over on a drive back home. With a family of five, we paid $12 each to get in (hours 10am to 5pm). Disney's water parks were $55 and others in the area were $35 and up.

This park reminds me of old Florida from 30 years ago... The only updates appear to be those that were needed for safety. One ride seemed newish, but the others have been there at least 15-25 years. For young children and parents, it is the perfect park. Inexpensive and fun, if you and under 11 years...Read More

Me and Al love to go and just have fun being in the water and just being with each other all day. I love my baby.

Not bad for a laid back day with the kids. Lifeguards are great and well orchestrated. Apparently there is a new owner. Hopefully they can invest some money into updating the park with much needed repairs / new rides instead of trying to fatten their pockets. Not sure if they read this post, but hopefully they can get the point from the other 11 reviews. They could also play some new music. They've been playing the same music since the 80's. Most of the youth today could barely name any of the songs or bands let alone spell them. It's time for them...Read More

Parking was free, $10 per person, kids under a certain age...maybe 12 (?), the price is $5. My triplets are 7 and they loved it. They became bored of the kid area after about 40 mins. and we switched over to the wave pool with sporadic trips to the one large slide ride. The lifeguards were very nice, professional and we watched some of them train in the wave pool. The park was clean, the lounge chairs were mold free. They supply free life jackets to kids and the inflatable water tubes were a $5 rental fee for all day, with two sizes to choose from. Lockers were $7 for small, larger ones being more expensive. If you consider the cost of gas to drive to the beach, this is a wonderful compromise for the same amount of money.

My Biggest Complaint....$5 for a small pouch of Dippin Dots is a bit much. If they were smart, they'd sell ice cream sandwiches, push up pops, drum sticks, etc. (good old ice cream truck favs) for $3.00 ea and actually sell it rather than watch it freezer burn. The price of food was too high for my taste, my eldest said the avg meal was around the $8 mark and I highly doubt it's of the same quality as WDW. I would revamp that menu and make it more cost appealing, ppl would stay longer and return more often. So much unused space in the gift shop, sell cold grabs, like pre packg'd sand.'s, chips, fruit, 12 oz bottles of soda/water in the gift shop, keep the hot foods at the snack bar, put in some recycle trash cans and this place would be way more family friendly. We plan on returning, I have my fingers crossed that by next summer this place will be a def. season pass for us.

Staff was courteous. Lifeguards seemed ready for the season to be over...

Food was expensive, so I had my hand stamped and drove to a fast food place. When I returned, they let me back in the parking lot without having to pay again, and my family met me in a picnic area for lunch.

It is what it is... At full price, it would not have been worth it. BUT, I still could not see paying $55 x 5 for a Disney park, when I paid $12 x 5 for this one...
