Where are we going today?

The Arkansas summer getting you a bit hot? Sounds like you need to cool down...and Wild River Country has just the thing: plenty of WATER!

Make a splash at this family friendly water park at North Little Rock, filled with a host of fun water attractions for all ages. Shall we explore them? Let's go!

Did you know that THREE new thrilling rides have just opened? You can enjoy an Aqualoop, a Speed Slide OR a Free Fall Plus! Dare to take them on? Newly opened in August, 2015, you might be one of the first if you get in quick!

Then of course there are the other rides! You can slide through 500 feet of twists and turns (with a friend if you like!), or you can put yourself over the edge with an extreme vertical high-speed ride!

If you're feeling really brave, you can take on the high thrill, body-sliding experience that launches you from a tunnel into a bowl, and then you free fall into the pool - how scary does THAT sound!

We won't even tell you what the Vortex is!

Don't worry, because Wild River Country is family friendly, which means they have a host of other attractions which are perfect for the littler ones in the family.

The Sidewinder lets little ones and parents enjoy the ride together, and the Tad Pool has water fun with shooting fountains, slides and waterfalls, and even Splashin' Tree Frogs!

The water fun is waiting for you in Arkansas...let's all make a SPLASH!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK..... .first off the service was horrible in the ticket booth went I went to purchase my tickets for me and my family. Then the restrooms were disgusting. I think they have never been cleaned properly. Went to go order food for my family that was the worst process ever. Had to stand in line for 30 minutes because there was only one window open, and then the young lady taking my order had a horrible attitude. I went to the main office to speak with the owner Phil Helms and all I have to say is that he had a horrible...Read More

I took my two boys to WRC this past Sunday. We bought our tickets online to take advantage of the discounted rates. Zero hassle to enter the park. No bag check. Lockers are $6+$5 deposit. The lines on each ride were very short compared to bigger theme parks. We probably waited in line for less than 5 mins at the smaller rides, and less than 20 at the biggest rides.

They did not seem to enforce any height restrictions on the slides, so this is a great destination if you have kids that might not be tall enough for rides at other parks. However,...Read More

I will taking my business to Magic Springs from here on out.

They did not seem to enforce any height restrictions on the slides, so this is a great destination if you have kids that might not be tall enough for rides at other parks. However, I did notice that lack of shady spots might make it tough if planning on taking an infant.

My only complaint was the poor quality of the food services. Icee, slushee, ice cream were all out of service, and the kids had to settle for Dr. Pepper, with no lids or straws and only a little ice. I would suggest that you pack a cooler and take your breaks tailgating fashion, as re-entry to the park is pretty simple. Oh.. and the lazy river is pretty lame, even for a lazy river.

The best ride, by far, was the wild river. Entry is "self-service" and you can go down with your family. The ride has 4 mini-slides with little pools between each one. Lots of fun with very little waiting. Me and the boys must have gone down that ride 20 times.

We stayed about 5 hours and had a blast. Good value for the money. I hope you have as much fun as we did.
