Since I have never been there and have only observed from the outside, I cannot give the park a rating. I was very happy to see Village Roadshow come in and open Wet n Wild in 2009. I have watched with hopes that this park would stand out and be a major asset to the valley. In reading the reviews and several people are very upset with what is happening out there, it is unfortunate that this last year Wet N Wild was SOLD to CNL Lifestyle Properties, and is currently being operated by Premier Parks, LLC. Don't waste your time or money. The last 2 visits, Mammoth Falls was not working. Went there right at opening and sat in line for 45 minutes before being notified that they conveyor was broken. Long wait times on a very lightly attended day due to understaffing. The employee that were there were apathetic at best.

I am a season pass holder. this park is well needed in Arizona. Thanks for putting it on the west side ! the pass helps us so much because our son has autism and coming to WNW for an hour or 2 is just what he can do. I just saw the note about the parking challenges on Fathers day and appreciate Scott Cooper for making a statement on making it better. It shows they care. no company or entertainment park is perfect, it's just nice to hear someone acknowledging where they can be better. Thanks!

Great Park! Everyone there was so nice. The staff are very friendly and professional. They have a bag check set up outside of the gate with friendly security guards. Only bad thing they do have a No Outside Food and Beverage policy however you can bring factory sealed water. If you have a dietary restriction due to medical problems they will allow food as long as you take it to the first aid station. The park is very clean and if theres a mess they have someone out to clean it almost instantly. I love this place and will recommend it.

I have been to Wet N' Wild many times and I enjoy it every time. It is a very nice, clean park that has good rides. The staff is always friendly and they make the experience more pleasant. We dealt with Josh Martinez, a worker there, personally and he really made a great impression for the company.
It is nice to have a water park that is kept up very well and that competes with other major water parks in the Southwest.

I can only hope this new company will have the willingness to step up and correct issues with breakdowns, cleanliness, and the prices everyone seems to be complaining about. I can only imagine what the $30 bands can be causing wait wise, this is NOT a large park like Disneyland...and indeed it is very hot here and I have marveled at how people can stand out in the heat in those lines for a 5-10 min ride. Time will tell if things will improve and make people willing to go out and enjoy Wet N Wild. It looks like I can't publish this without a rating, so I will rate it in the middle, even though I have never been in the park.
