Where are we going today?

Are you ready to take on all the slides at the new Wet N Wild in Vegas?  Are you sure?!

So, you're really ready to be catapulted from 36 feet in the air through a 110 foot tunnel, before experiencing zero gravity in the eye of the Tornado?

And you're ready to plummet through an enclosed tube slide then be pulled around by centrifugal forces?

And just to be sure, you're ready to start more than six stories up in the air where you then take on a near vertical drop at a heart pounding 33 feet per second?

You must be brave!

But don't worry if you don't think you are quite up to the challenge, as Wet N Wild have everyone covered!Kiddie Cove is a great area for those little adventurers with three fun slides, which provide a great introduction to the water park, and Paradise Cove is a refreshing multi-level complex of interactive elements across five super fun zones, including nine slides and 300 gallon tipping bucket!  Better watch out!

To ensure the kids stay safe, each ride has a height and weight restriction, so just make sure you check these out before you start queueing.  Sometimes the rides are scarier than they look! (We found out the hard way!)

If you want a change of pace, check out the family friendly events they hold throughout the year, such as the Labor Day Weekend BBQ and Dive'n'Movies where you can enjoy the latest blockbusters from the relaxing wave pool or the comfortable deck chairs out under the stars.

I'm Hungry!

You are unable to bring outside food into the park (except plastic water bottles), but don't worry because there are plenty of foods for you to choose from! American classics such as burger, chicken and pulled pork and pizza. For those sweet toothed water babies you can grab churros, funnel cakes and even fried cheesecake - yum!.

The Oasis Cafe serve healthy snacks like veggies & hummus, chicken caesar salad, veggie burgers and fruit..

Any Top Tips?

Be sure to take your own towels, but don't worry about sunscreen - they will provide it for free - It's very important you look after your beautiful skin!.

More information

There are three different sizes of locker available for you, which are not included in the admission cost but a great way to keep your items safe. Lifejackets, however, are provided at no cost. .

3.5 actually. I went there a week ago with my boyfriend and we had a fun time. We went after 4pm, so it was only $19.99 per person. It was later in the day, so lines weren't too terribly long.

I remember the old Wet n Wild. I have to say that this one was a bit smaller (plus I'm older now) and less varied as far as rides. I felt like half of the rides were the same... just on different ends of the park.

All in all, it wasn't what I expected; I suppose I was looking to relive the experience that I had going there in elementary school.

Great family place. Very clean wholesome fun, I feel like my kids are safe here and I don't have to worry about anything when they wander around the park. I was very irritated at first that they don't let you bring in any snacks for the kids but I don't feel like the food is outrageously priced so I got over it. Definitely worth the season passes, such a great place to cool off and relax with the family. We usually go during the week which is much less crowded from what I hear.

Had a great time at this place over the summer. If you're a local, the season passes are worth it. Our family spent lots of evenings at Wet'n'Wild. If you're not a fan of braving the heat during the day, I recommend Wet'n'Wild as something to do in the evenings. It seems to be a bit less crowded, and the water feels good on the warm summer nights. Lots of fun slides if your kids are at 42" or taller.

My 3 kids ages 12, 10 and 8 love this place, and we went at least a dozen times this summer. We also brought their friends many times thanks to the free guest passes that come with gold membership. I felt very comfortable letting the kids roam around the park by themselves. The young staffers were helpful and cheerful for the most part. Careful of slippery sidewalks... and little kids hauling the larger tubes up all those stairs seems a bit dangerous... perhaps tube elevators will be installed at some point in the future. I highly recommend this...Read More

It is very kid friendly, I feel like I would have had more fun had I taken my nephews and niece. 5 stars as a family resort.

Oh!!! They provide you with sunscreen and life jackets for free :-)

I highly recommend this water park, at least for families with kids of similar ages to mine... older teens might get bored.
