We stopped in this passed Sunday. I took the kids on a roadtrip, we decided to check out the mall and Water Park over the weekend. I had 3 teens with me, 13, 17 and 18 all boys. I decided not to stay at the hotel as we didn't really feel like we needed access to the water park for 3 days. We stayed at a hotel down the road and I purchased tickets online. There was a coupon code so I was able to get 4 tickets for the price of 2, which was AWESOME. We stayed for about half the day and the kids really had a good time. It was crowded but nothing crazy....Read More

Not sure why all the negative reviews. My family and I just stayed two nights and the place was great. The room was clean and awesome. Kids loved the bunk beds. Not sure what is dated like some have said. Front desk was nice, friendly and very helpful. We wanted some plates and forks. They brought them up right away.

The water park was ok. I've been to bigger indoor ones. But it was still a great time with lots to offer. Used Travelocity to book the room and check in went smooth.

I would come back here again!!!!

This review is ONLY for the WATER PARK, does NOT include the Radisson go read my other review on the motel if you want to stay there. Water park is great, had a very nice time!! My kiddo was able to do many things at the age of 5. The tube slides with us, wave pool, and Lazy river. The hot tub was very nice in size and very good hot temp! The Staff was very friendly even though they were busy. My family would definitely be going again to the Water Park, not the motel it is stuck too.

We also had a slice of pizza which was delicious! Over all go here its alot of fun! We will be back.

I have my 9 yrs. old son's birthday party at this waterpark. Kids enjoyed thoroughly. Though the party assistants were really not friendly. We were surprisingly not allowed to put a candle on cake and lit it. No one was willing to server pizza/cut cake. Except this part, all good.

There was a coupon code so I was able to get 4 tickets for the price of 2, which was AWESOME. We stayed for about half the day and the kids really had a good time. It was crowded but nothing crazy. They were able to get onto the bigger attractions with a minimal wait time. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful. For what I paid, I think we definitely had a good time. My only complaint would be the staff in the snack area. It got very crowded around the 1pm break time, and it came off like they were all new and confused and had never seen a crowd before, which I would have to imagine they see on a daily basis. They had some pretty decent family food packages, I asked to do the pizza deal as I had seen many people before me ordering it and it looked delicious. I was told I couldn't that it would take more then 25 mins. So we did the chicken fingers meals, but shortly after me people were ordering and able to get pizzas. Not the end of the world, only a minor complaint, all in all we had a good time. I would say if you have older teens, 1 day is definitely enough time to enjoy.

My one and only knock about the place........they are the only hotel in the area where they don't allow the pizza delivery guy to come to the room. So be ready to head down to the lobby when they call.
