Where are we going today?

There is something quite magical about those classic boardwalk style amusements, and Trimper's Rides is no different!

Trimper's Rides is a historic tradition in Ocean City, and it's where the whole family can enjoy that classic amusement experience, young and old.

The indoor rides and games are mostle for the little ones, and then you have those thrilling rides that will test the bravery of any child in the family!

Those little ones can pilot WWI flyers ready to do battle, or be one of the bravest Ocean City fire-fighters with a ride that honors the heroes of the local companies.

They can get behind the wheel of those classic cars, or take on the historic mini version of the carnival classic - the Ferris Wheel.

The water boats take you through tours of a little sleepy village, or anticipate the whip rounds in another historic ride - the Whip!

There is even a Wild West Train!

The outdoor rides will take you back in time to Aladdin and the magic carpets, or perhaps it's the hot air balloon that you want to try!

But of course, we told you Trimper's Rides had some thrills - and thrills they do! You can be turned upside-down on a twist on a favorite, taking you 60ft into the air, or you might Freak Out as you spin to the pounding beats. Just hold on tight!

A fun day out with the family where you can just enjoy your time together!

I live not too far from Ocean City and this has been a favorite of my 7 and 2 year old daughters'. I love that they do the bracelet deal where they can ride all the rides for a certain amount of time and feel it is the best deal for the money you spend. I took my oldest daughter to Jolly Rodgers, but she could not ride many rides and I felt that was a waste of money. This park is perfect for children their age!

Rides were great for young children with one HUGE exception. Right near all the kiddie rides was a walk-through haunted house. My fearless 6 year old still talks about how scary this was weeks later. The walk through house was a maze in darkened, near black-out conditions that kids have to grope through to find their way out. The lady attending the maze said most kids took up to 12-15 minutes to get through the blackout maze. This attraction needed a CLEAR WARNING SIGN that it may not be suitable for young children. This is especially important...Read More

We paid $20 for 40 tickets for my 2 year old son. He loves rides, even the ones that he cannot ride by himself. Inside I was able to ride the train ride with him and only give the 4 tickets for him. Then outside, he wanted to ride the baloon ride but it was too big for him to ride alone so my husband went to ride with him and the ride attendant took 5 tickets from both by husband and son, that's 10 tickets for a 2 year old and an adult. Not fair! There were bumper cars inside that I wanted to take my son on and the ride attendant that I couldn't...Read More

Being from Philadelphia I spent every summer at the Jersey shore , and watched it decline over the years, I decided to make the drive to Ocean City MD last summer and was OVERJOYED at the quaintness of the town , This particular amusement park took me back to my childhood in the 60's and my granddaughter just loved the rides. Also most of the games gave prizes to all the little ones even if they didn't win! Very family oriented ,,,prices where great and we will be going back again this summer......I hope O.C.M.D. never changes!!!!!

This is especially important due to its proximity to other rides designed for young children.

With this notable Pirates Cove exception, the kids(ages 4&6) had a great time with the before 7PM wristband deal. If the Pirates Cove had appropriate warning signs, I would have ranked it 5 stars.

Not fair! There were bumper cars inside that I wanted to take my son on and the ride attendant that I couldn't even understand said "no". That was it, just "no." He was so rude. Every amusement place that we have been at aloud my son to ride the bumper cars with myself or husband. We even rode go carts at baja and he was able to get on with an adult! I have been going to trimpers since I was a child and wanted to continue the tradition with my child. I would recomend a better crew for hire next year.
