This place is a dump. The greens on the outdoor mini golf course are so tore up they're impossible to play on. They only had two of the go karts working. Almost half of the machines in the arcade were broken. The package I paid for was supposed to come with dippin dots but of course they were out. They tried to get me to come back on a different day to get them. Forget that. This place is a waste of money and should be closed.

When we got there the place smelled. Not the best way to start an afternoon of fun. The 4d theater was broken, when we went to use the batting cages we couldn't find anyone to help after yelling someone came said that we could use them but only 3 were operating and they were all occupied. All the go-carts were broken. We could mini-golf which we did. One hole was so saturated with water that we didn't even golf that one. 2 holes were completely full of water so you had to get your ball out of dirty water to continue. The course was falling...Read More

My family purchased the "Pass of All Passes", and one of the benefits is attending this "Fun" center. It is a good thing everything is free with that pass, because I would never pay to go there.

First, their staff is unable to answer any questions, they flip back and forth on policy, and they are not there to help customers. When we asked about our Passes not being connected to their system because they were purchased in SLC, they had no answer, so it is something we have to live with.

I grew up going to Trafalga and have gone most years for the last 25 years. I am very sad to see this place going so far downhill.

Today my family started with the indoor mini-golf course. A few years ago it had a "major renovation", which in my opinion made it much worse. It used to be a cute western theme and you can still see much of what was there before, they just repainted everything with neon paint that looks spiffy in black light into some kind of underwater theme. Did they really think that would make it more attractive? HA! Now you can't...Read More

I was against my husband spending the money on 'the pass of all passes'. But I was told by an 'employee' that all of the mini golf greens were being redone, and ALL of the rides were being fixed... Including the roller coaster in Lehi. So I agreed.

It's been a YEAR and that roller coaster has not been moved one inch, and none of the golf greens have been fixed. Most of the outdoor green lights are broken in Orem, so you can't see to golf after dark, and the black lights inside are so dark you can't even see what you are doing.

    The place...Read More

The course was falling apart, the fabric was ripped and coming off. Nothing appeared to be maintained. Completely disappointed.

The Golf Course is dirty, the tee pads are coming off the green, and some of the mechanical doors on the holes do not work. Also, for some reason they only have white golf balls. I thought every mini golf course had colored balls!

The batting cages are technically not free, you have to rent the helmet and bat. The machines are not self feeding, someone has to sit behind the net and feed you balls. Also, the accuracy of the cages is very inconsistent. I was standing a few feet off of the base and still got beaned.

Do not go there if you are going to pay. If you have the Pass, then go, but realize that the staff is pretty bad.

HA! Now you can't even see the terrain because the black lights aren't bright enough, so you can't even play a real game of miniature golf. And if you think it will be a fun hangout, think again, you can't even hear the person right next to you because the music is so loud. Good music, but I came to play miniature golf, not to go to a concert.

Next, we wanted to go do the go-carts, but they were closed. Not surprised as I have not been able to ride the go-carts at trafalga in several years because they are always either broken down or closed for some other reason. Stop advertising it if you're not going to have them working! Maybe one of these years I will sue for false advertising, get enough money to buy the place and then get out there and fix things up myself.

So instead of go-carts we decided to do their 3D ride thing. This took the place of a very cool basketball room where they had all kinds of funny baskets where you had to make tricky shots to get it in the hoop. Way better than what it is now... This "ride" sits you in a seat that vibrates and rocks back and forth while you watch a children's movie in 3D. I can see how kids under 10 might enjoy this, but why would you seriously spend so much money to put in something so lame when you already had something pretty good... Not to mention several of the seats in the room were broken, so they just said that anybody who doesn't want a moving seat can sit in them...

Next we went to the outside mini-golf courses. It's nice that they repainted the castle and a few other things a few years back and I was actually impressed with whoever is doing the gardening. But when there are puddles of water in several of the holes one the course, and the actual course is in disrepair those things hardly matter. Why in the world would you have the sprinklers going off in the middle of business hours when you have 10 hours at night for that to happen! Seriously, if I was the manager of this place, I would take a week and get my butt out there to do some repairs! I really don't think it would take more than a week for one man to spend some time out there and make it a really great course like it should be!

One more thing I have to add is how sad I am about them closing down the bumper boats... Now it just looks like an abandoned property, which is not much better than everything that is still in use. Again, so sad to see Trafalga go so far downhill.

Service was actually decent this visit, but that's only because we went in the morning and hardly anybody else was there (for good reason). Other times I've been there it has been much worse.

The place is just filthy!

The one thing I really liked, is the 3D ride. Unfortunately the 'Employees' there DO NOT CLEAN the 3D glasses, They do not even wipe them off! The last time we took my 7yr old she ended up with a STAPH infection in one eye, and PINK EYE in the other!!!!

Did I say Filthy?? Are you seeing these posts, Mr. I Own/Run Trafalga? I did not pay for my kid to have to spend the night screaming in pain in the Emergency room!

My kid can't even ride the go-carts anymore, because they are all broken! Personally, I think we should be able to close this place down and get a real business in here, like Dave and Busters, or Phat City.

Once again, if you value your health, or money, don't go to Trafalga... Even FREE isn't cheap enough for this place! It's dirty, unsafe, and just plain Ghetto!

Thanks for nothing Trafalga.. Oh, except for giving my child a horrible fear of any 3D movies!!!
