Dishonest employees ruined the experience! Took my eldest son for a birthday party. He had a great time and the experience was good for him. My next younger child was with us and begging me to let him go. I finally gave in and let try it with some of the smaller children. He is a very "on it" competitive child. (He races dirt bikes as a point of reference). Watching him race I noticed that he was getting lapped by the other children on the course very quickly and that his cart was going no faster than the modified Peg Perego John Deere...Read More

Super sonic speedy go karts that will blow your mind! I go here a few times a week and it never grts old. Awesome staff if you get to know them. Sort of pricey but once you race I guarantee you will not think it was a rip off. Don't be afraid to ask for tips from the staff!
For best deals go during their lunchtime specials and buy a few races or buy the package of 8 races, you can use any race you don't use next time you visit. If you live in the area and think there is even a remote chance.you'll go again, just go ahead and get at least the 5...Read More

Terrible customer service soon as we walked in the door. I didn't catch the young lady's name but it is the light skinned girl, I seen her counting a drawer so she could have been in a management position. If so she needs a class in customer relations. When we 1st started asking questions about the place, since I wasn't from the area, I am in town for a family reunion. She got an attitude like i was supposed to know the lay of the land. She 1st said my brother had to ride in a junior kart because he wasn't big enough for the adult kart, ok cool...Read More

DOUBLE CHARGED ON JANUARY 31, 2015. They took my deposit, stating that it is part of the party fee. Then on the day of the party, they charge it again. When you ask them to return their ill gotten money, they give you the run around. I was told a manager would see me. Then they said they would call. After weeks of no call and no manager, they state that they cannot refund the charges without receipt. I BROUGHT THE RECEIPT TO THEM THE FIRST TIME when they said a manager would see me. DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT. I will have to sue them and get...Read More

Watching him race I noticed that he was getting lapped by the other children on the course very quickly and that his cart was going no faster than the modified Peg Perego John Deere we have at home (ie 7-8 mph +/-). I went back to the pit area and inquired about why he was going so slowly, if they had him throttled back or if he was being overly cautious for some reason, which was very unlike him. They asked who it was and the response was "no, they are all running the same speed, he is just holding back" and told them I was surprised that was very unlike him. I went back out and watched, and shortly after noticed some signalling between employees and off he went at twice the speed. After the race, he came out, and when I asked him if he had fun, he explained how it was going so slow for most of the ride then all of a sudden it sped up right at the end. After that, I went back to the pit area and relayed the experience to the same three individuals who now responded that "we held him back until we were comfortable with his capabilities", a direct contradiction to what they told me two minutes prior. My outtake on the experience. 1. Dishonesty is unacceptable at all times. 2. Management should clearly post that they control car speeds so people are aware. I get the safety thing really, I am not questioning that however its not posted that I saw anyways.
I did feel that for $20 for a few laps if they were in error and held him back because they were not paying attention (which I do not think they were) he should be entitled to a few make up laps. A buck or two at a carnival, no big deal. This is not cheap entertainment. To lie about what really happened and dismiss us deserves that the bigger story be told to others. That is dishonorable business and I doubt it will be rewarded with a return trip by us.

If you live in the area and think there is even a remote chance.you'll go again, just go ahead and get at least the 5 race package -- you'll waste you money buying individual races or the 3 pack.
My advice for first timers:
- (speed 2) don't use any breaks for first speed trial, just pedal to the floor all the way through and you'll get speed 3 for your next race no problem
- (speed 3) qualifying for speed 4 is much more difficult that 2 to 3. Don't go out there expecting to get it your first try. Rather, get used to the slight break tapping and review your race lap sheet at the end. Notice which laps you did best and think about why. If possible, try and follow a veteran racer and you'll prob get speed 4 if you do exactly as they do

She 1st said my brother had to ride in a junior kart because he wasn't big enough for the adult kart, ok cool no problem. What she failed to mention though is that he would not be in the same race as the rest of the family. Seeing how we were the only people in this place they expected him to go and race by himself. Are you kidding me? After talking it over with my family we decided we'd still allow this place to have our business even after being treated like we weren't wanted there.

Aside from the very rude young lady the race was pretty fun. As for going back I do not believe I will be going back when I come back to town and will be sure to let my family and friends know how I was treated and not to spend their money in this facility.

BTW - the pizza they bring is terrible.
