Different from the Rosamond-Gifford Zoo in downtown Syracuse, The Wild Park has a distinct and wonderful safari feel to it. A great variety of animals call this park home and the staff are clearly devoted to the guest experience as well as to the care and health of the animals. A fantastic way to spend an afternoon!

Great selection of animals and very affordable. The time we were there you could also pay to hold a baby kangaroo and it ended up being my wife's favorite part of the whole trip. Make sure to come early because they do some animal shows but only one showing for each event (like 4 or 5 of them) and the last one is it 2pm, so you'll want to arrive when they open.
