Where are we going today?

The Inn at East Hill Farm is a family vacation resort which also welcomes day tripping families with advance reservation.

Activities include indoors and outdoor swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, water skiing, hay or sleigh rides, Nordic skiing and indoor ice skating. Some of these activities are seasonally based.

Kids can muck in with the farm chores under supervision, milk a cow, collect eggs and so on. There are also activities planned for children during high season, including crafts, traditional campfires and group games. There are also quiet corners with cosy seating and children's books when small ones need a break.

My dear friend lost both a brother and son this year so I gifted a stay at the farm just for her to get away and decompress. She grew up on a farm in Kansas so I chose the Inn at East Hill Farm because of it's activities and beautiful setting. She raved about every aspect of it. She told me her room was lovely with luxurious bedding, so much so she felt like a princess. Her husband dropped her off and was invited to dine with her, he told me the food was outstanding. She reported that most folks there were return guests. Now she and her husband...Read More

I never write reviews, but this place deserves the highest praises. We've been looking for a special place to bring our son year after year, and believe we've found it. The food is so fresh and tastes amazing. We are very picky, and loved everything we ate. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, there is plenty for the kiddos to do and learn about animals at the same time. Very hands-on. Worth every penny!

We started when our kids were 6 and 4. This was the first place where they could run around without us having to keep a watchful eye every moment. We kept coming year after year, now the kids are 19 and 17, and they are still enthused about coming back, same week, each summer. We made great friends among other people who come the same week, and now it is a reunion of sort. The place is really relaxing, good food, good wholesome atmosphere. You can read a book, ride horse, play volley ball or shuffle board, or you can do nothing and just enjoy...Read More

This will be out 5th year going, the bread itself is worth the trip. This is by far the most relaxing vacation for kids of ALL ages. i read, swim, hike, explore. The hosts are friendly and accomodating, wonderful accomodations (depending on where you are located of course). The other guests come every year.
