Where are we going today?

Did you know that America's Incredible Pizza Company isn't JUST all about that tasty, hot, sizzling pizza? Nope! In fact, there is a host of amazing activities and attractions for the whole family, whether you love games, thrills, adventure, prizes or excitement!

Where shall we start? How about laser tag! Pew Pew!

Laser Tag is a great way for kids to work as a team, and use that coordination as they make their way around the atmospheric laser tag arena. Great for kids with a lot of energy, they have to target their opponents and shoot them with a (very safe!) laser light - and score!

Just like tag but in a super cool video game!

Vroom Vroom - rev those engines because Go Karts are next, where you can get behind the wheel and channel that inner racing driver in you! This indoor track is perfect even on those windy and rainy days, and is where kids can really challenge themselves and try and get the fastest times on those hairpin bends and twists!

For those little ones in the family, America's Incredible Pizza Company has something for them too! Tiny Town is a fun and safe place for those smaller family members, with kiddie sized fun just for them. There is even a fun train ride among the many things for them to enjoy - and they love the colors too!

Kids can take on the family with the spin em and bump em bumper cars, or try and get that STRIKE with the mini bowling!

Did we mention the NEW roller coaster at America's Incredible Pizza Company too? This spin coaster is great for all ages, and will really get you into a spin on your next day out!

So what will you choose to enjoy first, kids? Cars? Bowling? Rides? Did we mention there is a theater too?

And of course...pizza!

This is a review of our kids' birthday party experience at Incredible Pizza Company (IPC). It was a disaster in the beginning, and I felt compelled to warn others. Normally, our family loves IPC, and we have enjoyed many fun times at the Memphis location. For our twins' birthday party, however, it was chaos in a cramped, hot room with super slow service and ultimately tears. They had the room set up for 10-15 kids even though I had confirmed earlier that more than 30 children would attend. The additional place settings took a long time to set up,...Read More

If their is 2 things I can't stand in this world, it liar's and thieves and where I went today had both. Me and the kids went to incredible pizza in Memphis with our church. When we got there we heard 8 different stories about what all came with the package we bought, so I decide to go ask the manager to find out the end all be all with what it really was. He said and I quote "Everything here is inclouded in this package for 2hrs, then after that 2hrs you have 10$ to do anything else that you want to do again or something you didn't get to do during...Read More

I love the environment when it comes to the games, it brings the kid out of me. The food is mediocre, but it is expected. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. I will continue to visit simply because it is a good place (because I watch him closely) to let my toddler run around and be free. Last visit there we witnessed a physical altercation between a couple. Outside security was VERY slow to respond, he was too busy smoking a cigarette despite being told (by me) that something was going on. Inside security came out and reached the couple...Read More

Nice large, clean place, decent buffet for a great price($7.99 for adults, kids under 3 eat free!). Food is better than average, and there is a lot to choose from. Kids had a blast, lots of fun things for big kids and small kids to do, like rides, games, go karts, bumper cars, and putt putt golf(all indoors). Way cheaper than Chucky Cheese with better food and a lot more games for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

The additional place settings took a long time to set up, not to mention the drinks and eventually pizza. Other parents had to pitch in, and my mom served as our waitress. Our two IPC ice cream cookie cakes melted in the kitchen and were never served, because our party hostess didn't have the pinata filled with candy yet. And the pinata experience will haunt my dreams for a while. Our party hostess corralled all 35+ kids together and then yanked off the pull strings herself, dumping the pinata contents out like a bucket. Some younger kids were trampled, many didn't get candy, and several started crying. It then took additional time to get our game cards so we could get everyone out of the living hell and start having fun in the game room, which ultimately happened. Unfortunately, the go-karts were out of order the entire day. The prize area where you redeem tickets was also under renovation, and a makeshift prize center offered few items my kids even wanted. The manager ended up giving us a very generous discount on the party due to all of the miscommunication and slow service, along with free passes for a future trip. If you have more than 20 kids, they usually put you in a much larger room. She also made personalized chocolate chip pizzas for my kids to make up for the ruined ice cream cookie cakes, so whatever party survivors were left at the end got to sing and celebrate with us. Bottom line: If you are determined to have your birthday party at IPC, do yourself a favor and go in person to book it in advance with the manager. Do not call to book, because apparently you get routed to a call center, and they have major communication issues with that system. I'm sure this would be a great place for a birthday celebration if the wheels ran smoothly. :-(

So we go start doing stuff and playing games and I notice that it is taking money off of our cards. We were laying games that Zek cldnt even really play because we thought it was free for 2hrs. I go back and find that manager and he says "I never told you that and came up with the truth only when i'm getting way ;loud in front of the whole store.
My kids ended up having a really good time and that is all that really counts but they cldnt understand why we cldnt play more games after the 2 hrs. Everything that was included in that 2hrs had long lines so you basically used all your time waiting in line. INCREDIBLE PIZZA IS THE WORST RIP OFF OF YOUR MONEY AND THAT MAKES THEM THIEVES AND THE MANAGER WAS A LIAR. If I never set foot in that place again it will be too soon.

It can get crowded and sometimes other patrons don't watch their children so you have to be on the look out for kiddos running around (to be expected) and sometimes kiddos just being bad. Had a group of kids try to take over my son's skeet ball game. But as stated I will continue to visit.
