About this activity

You know you love getting snap happy with the camera on those family holidays, but it's the alligators that might get snappy at The Gator Ranch!

The Gator Ranch lets the family explore 105 amazing acres of naturalistic swamp habitats, with all sorts of wildlife to experience - and yes, that includes the alligator!

Take a walk on the wild side and get that family out into some of the most beautiful swamp land in all of the Mississippi!

Take a stroll along the protected walkways, and even hand feed those gators up close and personal! It's an incredible experience!

If you want to try something a bit more exciting, head out on one of their super fun high speed airboats, and take that unique journey through that incredible wilderness that surrounds you! There will be alligators, marine life and birds, all in their natural habitats. It's not only fun and entertaining, but it's a great learning experience for kids!

The narrated tour will take you through those 105 acres, and you'll find out all the fun and amazing facts about the wetlands. Exciting, adventurous and educational - it's almost the perfect family day out!

The swampland borders the Grand Bay Estuary in Moss Point, so it's a beautiful part of the state, and one that you might never have experienced before - right on your doorstep!

The lovely staff at The Gator Ranch will make every effort to give you a great time at their ranch...and so will the alligators! Don't forget your camera...and smile all you want at the crocodiles!
