My family and I have made four visits to the Butterfly house over the years. It never disappoints! We love the atmosphere and there are hundreds of butterfly's. Our favorite is the Blue Morpho. Our kids loved it when they were 9 and 6 and they still loved it at 19 and 16. I think we have all had at least one butterfly land on us each visit. Don't touch them though, just wait for them to fly off on their own.

This place was great. In town for the weekend brought the family and was worth the visit. Spent an hour at the butterflies then a quick spin on the st. louis carousel. Will return. $20 family of four

The other exhibits of spiders and beetles are also very nice and the outside area is full of butterflies in season. Like most other St Louis attractions, it is very reasonably priced.

My family became members of Missouri Botanical Garden last year, so admission to the Butterfly House was free. That is a great perk.
