We celebrated our daughter’s birthday in December 2015 at The Big Backyard with 10 children (3 and under) and 7 adults. From the moment we arrived, we felt that we were in good hands. Our host Kristine was awesome! We were a little late and Kristine was a HUGE help! She came out with a cart right away to help us get our birthday supplies inside and immediately started setting up and organizing. We love the layout of The Big Backyard (you can see your kids no matter where they are playing) and the fact that food can be purchased on site. My daughter’s daycare friends all had a great time!Kristine was also great at keeping us on schedule and even helped get coats and shoes on kids as we were headed out the door. She did an amazing job!The Big Backyard played a big part in creating a very happy memory for my daughter’s birthday!p.s. Our daycare provider (home daycare) was so impressed, she’s planning on bringing the daycare kids to play there again soon!

The one owner (the dark haired lady) is extremely rude and unfriendly. She made multiple degrading comments toward me and talked down to me like I was a child. Our playgroup was definitely being treated unfairly. It was basically extinguished without any fair warning over some extremely petty stuff. I calmly warned her that we would take our business elsewhere, due to being treated unfairly and she basically let me walk out of the door without trying to make things right with me. To me, every customer should matter. I brought them a lot of business and would constantly recommend their facility to friends. Well, not any more. I, nor my friends will NEVER take our kiddos there again. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t fight for our business 🙁

Went with a friend and our 2 year olds. I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t bring in snacks but it wasn’t the end of the world. We went early and the staff was nice. I also forgot diapers and they have them for sale for a quarter so that was awesome. Other then that I wish there was a little more activity equipment for the kids.

This place was very clean and the staff were nice. We attended a birthday party here, and they did a great job cleaning up and helping with gifts. However, my 3 year old was bored in an hour. My 5 year old was ready to leave in 30 mins. There are a few slides, and a small toddler area. I was not impressed. For what the admission cost is, I expected more. I would not waste my time taking the kids here again. The children's museum is a few dollars more for a full day of fun. Kids in Motion is a lot more fun for my kids and is only $6 per kid, plus I can bring snacks and drinks there. Don't waste your time here or your money. Their classes are very expensive as well. The park and rec offer similar classes at half the cost.

We have just booked our second birthday party there and the kids love it! While it is a bit $, the place is clean, well cared for, the staff is wonderful. The hostess takes care of all the work for the parents so we can watch the kids having fun. Alot of the parents always stay and chat there also, and with the tables on the side there is plenty of room.Love it and worth the money!
