Great place. Sit down, take a walk, run, stroll or even a picnic. I would recommend visiting in the Summer, to see the imported palm trees, and colorful flowers through the public garden. The little pond and bridge where the swan boats run is peaceful. Summers can get hot, so Spring is also beautiful. Take in the fall foliage here during Sep and Oct! Overall, a beautiful public garden and a great place to take a rest from the hustle- bustle city. Winters though.... COLD HERE!!!!

Beautiful park. I would come back, if only to see the Make Way for Ducklings statue again. I visited in winter so I only stopped by to see the statue and walk briefly around the park, but I could tell it would be gorgeous in the spring and summertime. Looking at photos online of the park in the spring when tulips are blooming left and right and they have the swan boats out, I was right. I can't wait to come back when it's warmer and wander around the park and maybe go on a swan boat.

Love how the gardens are constantly changing floral arrangements based on seasons. Beautiful willows and pond for a picnic.

Not always buzzing with activity. But an important landmark with the well maintained swan pond! Try taking a swan boat ride in that pond, its just $3 per person. Also, nice place to spend an afternoon

I love coming here! It's so beautiful in the Summer and always packed with people walking around or lounging on the lawns. I know it's cheesy, but they also have Swan Boat rides for only $3. I feel like this is something that everyone should do at least once.

It's right off the Arlington T stop - very easy to get to. Just a nice place to relax and enjoy the warm weather.

As an avid rubber duck collector, I knew I had to come visit the Make Way for Ducklings statue when my parents and I were visiting friends nearby. Since it was nearing the holidays, the ducks had red cords around the necks acting as scarves. Adorable! While walking around, I noticed a lot of fat squirrels running around which reminded me of college and how the squirrels at college were not afraid of people and would eat things like pizza and bagels. There were also a lot of geese wandering around and I even saw one lone goose walk across the frozen water. I also liked the statue of George Washington wearing a Boston Red Sox jersey. This park really embodies the spirit and energy of Boston and its people.
