I had a very bad experience today. One man screamed my 3 years little boy and the staff didn't do nothing. I took my child I left so mad. I think the Pleasanton place have a racist environment. I will complaint. My baby was crying because he enjoyed a lot, but I was afraid that this man could hit my son.

I wish they had one of these in San Francisco! This place is fantastic for kids between 3 and up. I took my 3 and 5 year olds this weekend. The price to enter is reasonable. They only charge for the kids. There are several different play rooms, each have a place for the parents to sit and still monitor the area. Their Fish Tank is a cool black light room with tables for eating and TV monitors for parents to see around the corner without having to follow the kids around. If you have girls, this is a great place to throw a princess party. ...Read More

First visit the grand Kids had fun. Geared to younger kids in play areas. No worries the older kids had a blast in the arcade. Nice menu healthy choices.
