All of these are based on their original, exact locations so your imagination can really run away with you when you realize that everything you are seeing actually happened right where you are standing!
The best way to get the most out of your time at SunWatch Indian Village Archaeological Park is the optional enhanced audio guide tour, where you can explore the grounds at your own leisure, yet listen to the significance and history of each of the sites you are exploring.
The topics are fascinating! Did you know that some of the elements of the village are based on the astronomical alignments? You can learn about how they built the houses they lived in, and even harvesting techniques.

Very cool re-created Indian village. The museum could use some updating but it is very informative. Don't miss the video, the gift shop, and the inside museum. The audio tour is a great option for just two bucks on top of the normal six dollar adult admission. Friendly staff.

This is a reconstructed Fort Ancient Indian village. There is a stockade wall and several houses, rebuilt in their original locations, and you can view numerous artifacts inside the visitor's center. A very interesting look at some local history from a time before European colonization.
