We stay here all the time and absolutely love it. We find the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and kept-up, the restrooms are always clean. Yes, they have rules but those are for everyone's benefit and they're not unreasonable. Would recommend so give it a try.

We stayed here with 2 other families. They were able to place us all together and it was a good thing we were all together because they really pack you in tight. A little too close for comfort. Our picnic table was right next to someones sewer hose. The camp sites are right next to a busy road which is right next to I-90.

We stayed at this park with a group from Thursday to Sunday of three trailers and when I had called to make the reservations I had specifically told them that we had dogs and they said that was fine. When we arrived we signed in and were handed a booklet of rules, no kidding a booklet!! Friday night at 7:00 PM a lady came to our campsite and told us that my dog had to leave the park and if we did not get rid of him we would be kicked out. It was 7:00 PM and we had asked if we could at least keep him in the trailer until tomorrow morning and she...Read More

Have stayed there several times, last summer was the WORST! They have surveillance cameras on the pool area now that move around and follow you! Like being in a jail, along with all the rules they have. Rules can be good but these are excessive and the men that watch over the pool area/cameras are very unfriendly! There was a male camper in the pool & hot tub with an underwater, waterproof video camera. He was there alone all day filming people/kids without their knowledge under water. Very disturbing situation so we reported it to the Office and...Read More

Beautiful and peaceful. The pool was a little chilly but nice size for kids. Could use some cleaning. The bathrooms are nice and clean and hot showers were refreshing. The nice gals at the desk were helpful and they had $2 DVD rentals that were recent. Would recommend and would stay there again.

The people we were with had a pit bull. After the first night a lady that worked there came and told us that it was a city ordinance to have a vicious breed of dog and that the pit bull had to leave or they would be kicked out. Our friends had to drive their dog all the way back home and come back. This pit bull rule was never stated when reservations were made. I checked the Moses Lake Municipal Code and found nothing stating that vicious breeds were not allowed in the City of Moses Lake.
They also stated that you cannot have a fire of any sort because of city ordinance, yet I did not see anything about this under the Moses Lake Municipal Code. They should really stop using the city for an excuse for things. It is not hard to look this stuff up on the internet. But don't try to do it when you are there. They state they have wifi but we were never able to get a signal. We will not return to Sun Crest Resort.

When we arrived we signed in and were handed a booklet of rules, no kidding a booklet!! Friday night at 7:00 PM a lady came to our campsite and told us that my dog had to leave the park and if we did not get rid of him we would be kicked out. It was 7:00 PM and we had asked if we could at least keep him in the trailer until tomorrow morning and she said no if we did not take him out of the park she would call the police. I then was so upset that I told her I called and asked if dogs were allowed and they had told me yes and her response was that people that own pitbulls will say they have a pitbull and then we would tell them that they are not allowed in the park along with several other types of dogs. I told her that it has NEVER once crossed my mind to tell ANYONE I have a pitbull because I have NEVER been worried about his behavior in the past 11 years we have had him. I had to drive an hour and a half home to drop off our dog and ask our neighbors to watch him. She also had said that it was a city ordinance that no pitbulls are allowed in Moses Lake and also a city ordinance to have no campfires so myself and friends did some research and saw no where on the City of Moses Lake website that these things were city ordinances.
I will always respect someone who has set rules for their establishment but only when they are vocally presented to me and not passed to me once I have arrived by a piece of paper, horrible communication presented by this business to their guests!!
Also on their website they say that they have a club house with games and that is not true. We asked about it and they said they had shut it down and we told them they need to take that off of the website. The rate was horrendous for little spots crammed next to each other and being right by a busy intersection right off of the freeway. It was a clean park and well kept but with out the communication and SO MANY rules it was a pretty stressful weekend that was supposed to be a very relaxing one. We will NEVER go back to this park again.

Very disturbing situation so we reported it to the Office and they did NOTHING...didn't investigate or evict him with his 2 male campers friends. When another couple complained also, they were asked to leave the premises if they didn't like the surveillance camera or the male filming so- they packed up and left. I even later contacted the City and Good Sam but got no where. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK !
