The activities were fun but customer service was terrible. One worker kept insisting that I didn't give him a ticket for the go karts, during a busy Friday and with rowdy kids around. Instead of asking the rowdy kids he was so persistent that is was me who didn't give him a ticket, even though I kept telling him I did until I asked him "why would I lie about this?" Then he walked away. It's not my fault he wasn't focusing on who was going in. Also the stupid fat guy working at the counter was less than helpful and have little to no customer service...Read More

And workers were not attentive to any of the safety policies they had posted up. The workers at the go kart station never even followed their own rules. How can you expect children to follow those rules when they see the workers breaking them seconds before they were announced. Although the parents or guardians are also responsible, children were dangerously climbing rocks and getting in and switching around the batting cages without any helmets. Lastly, the go kart track is a fixer upper. Those huge bumps hurt like a bitch.
