When I went to Splish-Splash it was VERY crowded. There were even lines for the men's room. The process of getting people onto the rides takes too long, so I spent about an average of 45 minutes on line at minimum. I even waited like 20 minutes on line at the food court. The prices are pretty expensive (not surprising). Outside food is prohibited so you simply have to pay four dollars for a bottle of water.
Getting out of the place was also a nightmare. At the end of the day I went, there was a very severe thunderstorm so the park was closing earlier...Read More

Lines were horrible 2 hours at least to wait there. Prices are horrid. We ended up parking on the grass because there were no spots left. They sold out of H2go passes (you go through certain rides quicker) and there was at least 1,000 people there. Food was horrible the chicken was soggy and rubbery and they ran out of lemonaid. Getting out was a madhouse it took 1 hour just to get out! They have one lane so if 1000 people are getting out it takes a long time. At the end of the day we did 3 rides and my children did 2 more right before the park...Read More

I REALLY enjoyed this water park! Especially since it was my first time. My only complaint is that the lines are HORRIBLE!! There is such a long line for most rides and the rides are so short! But yet, still fun. The prices are also outrageous. I would want to go there again, but hopefully with a discount or something. I would really recommend for anyone to go here, but just remember my complaints.

Very upset customer, I took the kids to Splish Splash. Went to their website to purchase tickets. I saw I needed another person to get a good price with meals included. Wow, I needed another person, I only had three people, Difficult, but I got another person, Ready to purchase my tickets. I decide to call the helpline. Question asked, is it cheap to buy tickets at the park or online, "What is the difference?". The representative told me to buy them at the park it was cheap. I could save the processing fee of $1.50 a ticket." LIGHT BULB WENT...Read More

Getting out of the place was also a nightmare. At the end of the day I went, there was a very severe thunderstorm so the park was closing earlier than usual. The parking lot was a mess of cars. Everyone was actually racing to the exit. It would also make perfect sense for there to be an exit directly to the LIE westbound

For the money I spent I would not go back again.

Splish Splash fail to tell me, purchasing tickets out there for the same price I LOST THE MEAL PLAN for not purchasing the tickets on line. I must of called, Splish Splash 4 different times, because my guest were asking me a bunch of different question. Well, Oh well, got there, spoke to rep, manager and called the next day about the confusion. Bottom line, it cost my friends close to $50.00 for food. I feel like a sucker and missed represented. Thank god, my friends didn't hold me responsible. Very upset customer.

Worst water park ever i'm even a long islander and i'm saying that 45 minute line on streets to get into the park and parking is overpriced and generally you'll have to walk a long distance to get to the park, 30 minute line for lockers and the lockers are small and very expensive, food prices are insane and the food is pretty mediocre, the lines are atleast 1 hour long and rides are nothing to special, the lifeguards are all high school students and they are for the most part rude and have no idea how to run a waterpark AVOID THIS PARK AT ALL COSTS
