It is a nice museum, No, it's not among the greats like the Prado or British Museum, but they have some very nice exhibits from time to time. Some of the permanent exhibits could use a revamp (and I'm not a fan of the car suspended in midair with stuff coming out of it), but it's worthwhile to go for a traveling exhibit you'd like to see.

The building is open and airy, and has a fair amount of seating as needed.

I love all the cars hanging from the ceiling! They always have interesting pieces on display. Even when they're featuring crazy modern art, it's still a good time to poke some fun at it.

The first Thursday of each month is free, and so much fun! I was so impressed by all the events going on, and how many ppl were at the museum. I have never been to a museum with so many people. There were two break dance shows, a fashion show by the New York Fashion Academy, and people in costume. It was a great time.
