Directions

Santa's Workshop is located at the foot of Pikes Peak. The altitude is 7500 feet and we are situated on the side of Pikes Peak mountain. To say that Colorado weather is unpredictable is an understatement, so you need to come prepared for anything.

Where are we going today?

No need to even get on a plane to visit the North Pole! Right on your doorstep in Colorado is Santas Workshop Amusement Park - a magical and enchanting place for the whole family to visit!

Entertaining families since 1956, which family amusement park is filled with Christmas cheer, and Christmas music in the air! At the very center is the North Pole, where the snow never melts and the fun never stops (until summer, anyway!)

There are more than 25 rides and other attractions throughout the park, and magic shows are ready to be experience throughout the day at Santa's Show House!

Santa's Workshop Amusement Park has rides for every age! There are rides just for the kids, and rides perfect for the adults to ride WITH the kids. You can soar through the air with the Dive Bombers, and ride a bug for the very first time. Kids can command their own space ship, as little ones can enjoy the kiddie wheel.

The carousel is always a popular family ride, or you can try something new with the Candy Cane Coaster and the Christmas Tree Ride - up and down and round you go!

With Pony Carts, Space Shuttles, dizzying rides, and slow and relaxing rides, you will wonder where the time went!

If you want to enjoy a show, there are a number of fun experiences, from watching an expert glass blower, a fancy magician to an Elf Show! There is even an arcade in the Enchanted Forest where you can challenge your best score!

So Ho Ho Go get your cameras ready, it's time to experience Christmas in Colorado at Santa's Workshop Amusement Park. Deck the Halls indeed!

I'm Hungry!

Feel free to bring a picnic lunch if you want to! Just no glass or don't try and BBQ. .

Any Top Tips?

Try can come as early in the day as possible to avoid the worst weather. It seems to be best in the mornings! .

Doing our bit

As much as they want to be festive, they also want to be safe, so help them out by following their height restrictions that they have placed on the rides. .

Need a little extra help?

There is a handicap accessible parking spot, but keep in mind that they are on the side of a mountain so pushing the wheelchair around on hills can be quite hard! .

Baby Facilities

They rent strollers for $2 a day. .

Can I get one of those?

It wouldn't be Christmas without something to buy for some fun gifts! There are plenty of shops, with souvinirs, shirts, toys and dolls! .

My son is 8 and has Autism. He has been going on and on about petting a deer. I looked all over trying to find a petting zoo that had one. This was the only place I could find. I knew he wouldn't be able to stay long because of the chaos, noise and crowds. I called them to see if there was a rate I could pay to bring him in just to see the deer. I explained the situation and that he wouldn't be riding rides, etc. They offered us a ticket for him! It was SO kind of them. I brought my daughters here when they were little and they LOVED it. Awesome place to go with kids. Make sure you have a kids that is just under 50 inches tall or they will not have fun. Brought toddler out here, so was able to do many rides by himself.
