Karts are new, but some need maintenance. Be sure to check your kart for flat tires before you run. Running with a flat, sucks! I ran two different karts, and both had hopping issues on the straights. Staff seems pissey. May be side effect carbon monoxide? If you’re going out for dinner after racing, bring a change of clothes because the ventilation is poor. On the bright side…They are fast, and the brakes were very nice. I really like the seat adjustment on these new karts. I recommend bringing your own helmets and gloves (street or dirt). The track is better than it used to be. Seems a bit more open in some areas? Fun place to get your race fix. Arcade has grown and has better arrangement. Kudos for trying to make it a cooler place. Keep at it.

Horrible place to work; employees were good but management couldn’t be worse having a 19 year old run this place is a big mistake!

I drove two hours to race go karts at Sadlers. I walked up to find the counter empty and no employees. After approximately 5 to 10 minutes a young lady finally appeared. We paid for the first race and walked to the helmet section to find the helmets in disarray. There was no rhyme or reason to picking the right size but to sift through each one. The inside of the helmets smelled and the shields were busted off. I asked if the was some type of head cover to put on under the helmet and I was offered a thin cooks shower cap type cover. There was one person working the Kart line that was to busy to help with helmets. The racing was great, the one employee allowed for some bumping and rubbing. After the race I realized there was no air conditioning or ventilation and the fumes were making my friends dizzy and sick to their stomach. We walked into the front with the intention to try one more race. I stood at the counter as the only employee was with some children cashing in tickets from the arcade. After waiting for 10 minutes with not even a look form the employee we finally decided to leave. The service was terrible, not enough staff to run the place efficiently. I would say I am an avid go kart racer and have made visits to tracks all around the country and this was the worst run facility I have been too. Due to the poor ventilation and terrible service I would not recommend this track. I would have spent some money at the track but it just wasn’t worth it.

I just bought tickets for a party. I wish I had read the reviews first…if you are in customer-client services and you have no manners or can’t be professional …get new staff! Instead of it being fun and wanting to come back (every business today is competing for entertainment dollars) you will be gone …this economy is weak for entertainment and Sadler Racing will be the big loser. Maintain your carts…its an insurance requirement if you work inside the LAW. Trust me…I know about these things.

A group of friends made a trip to Sadler’s for a birthday party. There’s an arcade with a variety of games, pool tables and air hockey. There’s food and drinks available as well for refreshments. The staff is friendly professional and address any need to issues that may arise with the karts. From what I understand Sadler’s just replaced all of the karts. They are quick and feature safety harnesses. The track is one of the largest that I have seen, laid out in a road course configuration that provides plenty of speed and technical driving elements. After a few sessions I was able to put in lap times around 39 seconds. There are plenty of areas for passing safely. Do not expect to get away with bumping. The staff watches for this and will black flag you. Be considerate and race with your head and you will enjoy this venue.
