    We were very happy with our car buying experience and salesman Ray Farrell. I went in once prior to our purchase just to get information on the vehicle and seating. Ray answered all of my questions was very knowledgeable about the car. He was not pushy and respectful of my time the first time as I just wanted information to get comfortable with our decision of car make. When we went in to purchase the vehicle the car was washed and waiting 20 min. after I gave him a heads up that we were on our way to look at the vehicle. He made everything very smooth as we were in and out in just 2 hours. No buyers remorse after our positive experience. Thanks Ray and Longmont Ford!

    I recently had my beautiful Challenger totaled in a hail storm…so, began the search for a more economical (but fun) car to replace my baby. I wanted something that I knew would stand the test of time and the future ownership by my now 14-yr old who will be driving in less than 2 years… (yikes!)Ray @ Longmont Ford was an absolute pleasure to work with — I was a 90 minute drive from the dealership and he personally tracked down the vehicle we were interested in to confirm: 1-It was still available, 2-the photos and listing were accurate (I’d already had a bad experience at 2 other car lots!).I got there to test drive the car and Ray had the car washed & ready to go! It was exactly what we were looking for and the whole experience was SO SIMPLE. Ray is low-key and no pressure. I talked him into selling me the car…not the other way around!Working with Chas in credit was equally as simple and easy!Take the drama out of buying and work with true professionals like Ray and Chas. It’s totally worth the drive!

    I had been looking at multiple dealerships for a good used car when I came across Longmont ford. the salesman Gary LaPuma was great, I told him about the problems I had with other dealerships and he guaranteed me it wouldn’t happen here so I went in to see him. after 5 hours of me looking at different cars ( Gary was very patient even put off another appointment) I finally found a car I liked. He took his time to make sure I was happy. I am very happy with my new used car, only wish I would have got a 2014 or 2015 instead. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone

    Beware, the old “bait and switch” tactic is alive and well here. I recently inquired about a used truck they HAVE in inventory. I was told the truck was sold and was offered another similar truck. Of course the truck was more expensive than I was willing to pay. I called the dealership and spoke to a different salesman. I asked (by stock number) if the truck was available. I was told yes. The salesman also told me that Greg had taken the key and moved the truck out back. I went to the dealership to ask Greg what the story was on the truck? He maintained he personally removed the truck from the website himself. The truck remains listed and my contempt for salesmen restored. There are way too many dealers in the area to waste your time at Loveland Ford.

    I’ve been in Colorado for about 2 years now and my truck recently broke down. Instead of repairing it I decided to go ahead and buy a new vehicle. I do not have good credit so it was really hard for me to find something that worked well with my income and that would not break the bank. Many places I went really seemed to be more concerned with the numbers, instead of the actual person that number represents. I was given Andy’s number by a friend and gave him a call. Immediately I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and how easy it was to talk to him. I set up an appointment to go in and find something that worked for me. They were able to find me a car above and beyond my expectations and work with me on the finance options. I know it was not easy getting me approved and I could tell that they were really helping me out and it took some work to do so. Andy and Greg are both great guys and I would advise anyone that wants a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere to go here and talk to them. If you could put a price on customer service these guys would be top dollar and I will exclusively use and advise this dealership to anyone I know. Really cannot say enough to thank you guys!!!
