I'm really hurt to have to write this review. As a child and even an adult, I loved the museum. However, today, while my family and I were walking through the museum, we were belittled and horribly mistreated by a security guard. He literally ran into the room we were in and began yelling at my 58 year old mother to not touch any of the pieces. My mother never touched anything. She had absolutely no reason to touch anything. The security guard even lied and said that he had her on camera touching things, but when we asked to see the film he refused...Read More

Was very interesting and informational but it could have been bigger lol. Decent price and not to crowded. Definitely worth checking out.

The security guard even lied and said that he had her on camera touching things, but when we asked to see the film he refused to show us. This security guard could have handled the situation a lot better. There actually would not have been a situation if he had not blown up at us. However, he chose to target my mother, who had not done anything wrong, and he tried to embarrass her. What makes this so much worse is that my mother had not seen my brother and his family in years. We went to the museum because we thought it would be fun and something interesting for us to do as a family. Instead we were treated like criminals, for absolutely no reason. We complained to the museum staff and they apologized and we were offered a free VIP tour but after what we had gone through with the security guard, none of us ever want to go back there again.
