Where are we going today?

If you LOVE being in the water, you don't need to head into the ocean to have a great time - not when you have Rose Bowl Aquatics Center in Pasadena!

This popular aquatic center has a host of fun water activities for the whole family, and with TWO Olympic sized pools, there is a lot of fun to be had!

Rose Bowl Aquatics Center offers a number of activities for those active kids. If you just want to head on out and enjoy a day of splashing, and swimming at your own pace, then the recreational swimming is for you. There is a specific timetable for the recreational swimming, and in addition to the two Olympic pools, there are also two diving boards where kids can show off their latest tricks!

If you want to enjoy more structured swim fun, Rose Bowl offer lap swimming (both long and short course), as well as swimming lessons. These are perfect for kids who are new to swimming, or want to improve on what they already know!

If they really love swimming, they could join the swim team!

Rose Bowl also offers special needs swimming programs, as well as diving lessons - and yes kids, if you LOVE diving, there is a dive team too!

If that wasn't enough, they offer water aerobics as well as water polo, and even dry land fitness classes.

That California sun can get pretty hot, so it's no wonder this Pasadena Aquatic Center is so popular - so head on over to make your splash too!

We love Kandis and all the therapeutic instructors at Rose Bowl Aquatic Center. They are skilled swim instructors who helped our daughter overcome her physical challenges so she could learn to swim. RBAC provides individual and team swimming programs for people of all abilities.
