Where are we going today?

What do you think the inside of a kangaroo's pouch looks like? Warm and cozy? Here is your chance to finally find out! Roos N More Zoo is a super family friendly zoo where you can experience animals like you never have before.

Want to pet a camel? By all means! Ever wanted to play with a monkey? Go ahead! You can even meet a lemur...and if you haven't heard of those sweet animals before, now you can find out what one is!

Roos N More Zoo has over 160 animals for kids and the whole family to meet and greet - including otters who you can walk with. Pretty amazing huh!?

The zoo is privately owned by two vets, and is a non-profit and educational zoo, which means they will always have the animals best at heart. It also means you know the animals will be really looked after!

Have you ever had those strange questions about animals that you have always wondered but never asked? Do you want to know if it's really water or something else stored in the Bactrian Camel's humps? Did you know that porcupines can't shoot their quills, but rather have to run backwards and stab their predators with them instead? How amazing is that!

Roos N More Zoo is also happy to have birthday parties so kids and their friends can enjoy those celebrations with some super cute animals!

It's worth noting at the moment that this very sweet zoo isn't offering visitors for the moment whilst they try and raise money to improve their facilities, so keep checking back to see if they have raised the money and you can go visit again!

My family had the honor of doing an overnight camping experience at the Roos N' More Zoo, an incredible prize won through a charity auction.

Our children (ages 12 and 14) were delighted with all their interactions with the incredibly gentle and good natured animals that are lovely cared for by the Roos N' More Zoo staff.

We were allowed to help bottle feed the newborn goats, wallabies, and kangaroos. And fed fruits and veggies to the giant tortoise, the bearcat, and horses, camels, donkeys, kangaroos, wallabies, and piggie!

My parents won an over night trip to the zoo, and I had a lot of fun! Its definitely worth going to. They have many types of animals like otters kangaroos wallabies and a zebra! It was a lot of fun going to this zoo and I got to see and pet a bunch of different animals that you won't normally see at a zoo.

The best money you'll spend in or around vegas. Not a fan of kids hanging around? They offer private tours for $250 and it's worth every penny. They have so many great animals there that are people friendly and even the ones that aren't are awesome to see and learn about. Well worth it.

The animals were all lively and playful, especially the ferrets, river otter, and monkeys. Even the sloth looked happy!

We will definitely return to this amazing home to so many wonderful creatures, and bring friends with us!!!
