It was awful. Only three people worked this horrible place. I wouldn't even rate this place one star if it wasn't required to make a review. Just fancy props that really don't scare you at all. Not worth a dollar folks. Spend your money elsewhere

Probably the worst attraction I've been to! For three of us it was $50 dollars plus the cheap lights they talked us into getting. The little lights are suppose to let you see three feet in front of you we couldn't even see an inch and for the last half of the attraction you are told to turn the light off!! I advise you save your $2 for these cheap things. As for the attraction it isn't scary. You walk through a very dark maze being hit by string and things from the ceiling. This was horrible the staff were rude we went to three Ripley's attractions while in Gatlinburg and this was the only place we had a bad experience the staff were very rude to customers and it was almost like they enjoyed bullying children they made one family so mad they got off the elevator and left the attraction all together there are many other things to do around town stay away from this place.

My boyfriend and I went to Gatlinburg for a total of five days and this was the first attraction we paid money for. It was over $30 for the two of us. 75% of this is finding your way through pitch black room there were only a few rooms that were decorated. Even if the entire house was decorated it would not be worth the money. It honestly is just finding your way to the exit in a black room. The entire rest of the trip we regretted spending $30 on this other than different attractions.

We definitely expected more from the huge mega company. Their Haunted Adventure fails to deliver. It is overpriced for the short amount of time spent going through, and there is a whole lot of nothing in between points. It should be called "Rip-Offs Haunted Adventure". Save your money and skip this.

Someone in our group fell because the ground inclined leaving it easy for your toe to get caught on. Save your money and go somewhere else this place is dangerous, poor quality, and anything but scary.
