This is an absolutely amazing way to enjoy San Francisco. With the combination of the bus tour and the boat tour, I was able to experience the city from many different angles.
The price was right and the exposure was extensive, plus the tour guides are very informative. I'd say this is a wonderful way to tour the city for a first time visit.

The girlfriend and I are locals and wanted to do something a little touristy just for kicks. The cruise was comfortable and fun, but the food was mediocre. A nice experience, but there's probably better ways to do this...

I came here with a group of friends, and we had each paid $35 for the tickets. The sun had already set before we embarked, but the nighttime views of the city and the bridges were amazing. Crew members roamed the deck to help take pictures for you. The food that was served was plain, but satisfying and filling. The ride was gentle, so eating wasn't difficult. I'm not sure if I'd do it again, but I definitely had a lot of fun this time.

We arrived in time for the last trip at 5pm on a Friday evening. Greeter at the line was helpful and were quickly given boarding tickets. It was not too crowded because Pier 43 1/2 is not quite easy to find. It is behind the Boudin building. Tour was 1 hour and had a full bar. Recommend if you want to see the Golden Gate up close. Beautiful during sunset hours.
