I've been here many times for the Christmas Spectacular, of course, and some concerts and It's always a great experience. The theater is beautiful and large. The bathrooms were clean and staff was helpful getting you to your seat. No complaints!

OMG! We were turned away for being late! Weather was terrible, traveled over 6 hours! People were unkind, lacked any sort of empathy for our situation. Tried to attend Wed, 11/26, 2014. Terrible snowstorm, many delays, got there late and told to buy more tickets at over $1000 for more. Really! Is this how people in New York City treat their customers? Where's the love! Mayor DeBlasio, is this how you want people treated in your city?

I've been to Radio City Music Hall more then a dozen times and have had some of the best times for concerts here. Even though I love MSG this place is more intimate when you have a great musician on stage. Like for instance Rodrigo y Gabriella was such a great show, also the bathrooms are huge and beautiful scenery downstairs.
