Incredibly rude. We won't be patronizing this place. We called to see if our 17 month old, who loves puppet theatre, would be allowed to attend. The woman who answered seemed bothered and stated that if he was loud or noisy or cried we needed to take him out IMMEDIATELY. As if we wouldn't remove our child if he was upset, in any case.

Oh My Goodness, I went here maybe 10 years ago with my school. I was about 5 years old. Let me say that I am now 16 years old and I have never forgotten this place. Your kid will absolutely love this show. And from the looks of it, it has not changed once. Bring your child to see the show on a lazy Saturday! It's worth it!

Puppetworks seems like that type of place. First impressions are very important--and these folks didn't make a positive one at all.
